Welcome to the age of Interactive and SMART education. Arrowhead Interactive is developing innovative and creative digital content that integrates instructional design, video, animation and motion graphics, with real-time subject-matter evaluation for online delivery of staff trainings and/or customer tutorials. We can develop within your LMS or provide you with digital content ready for delivery through other online applications.
Spending thousands of dollars delivering training through time-consuming, travel-intensive, face-to-face presentations and webinars, or requiring employees to view mandatory trainings that are primarily static, text-heavy content are training relics of decades long past.
Let us help you train, educate, and engage your digital-native employees and customers.
Interactive Training Development
Basic nutrition and weighing and measuring – two key components of professional development training local WIC staff around the state must complete in order to serve the women, infants and children served in local clinics. In 2016, Arrowhead Interactive transformed these historically staff delivered trainings to online interactive learning incorporating instructional design, video, engaging animation, motion graphics and integrated testing. Built in Adobe Captivate for delivery in Adobe Connect Learning, these online training modules allow WIC clinic staff members to complete required training and receive completion certificates at their desks, generating training efficiencies and data to help maximize WIC resources and service delivery.
Arrowhead Interactive has developed six online trainings for the WIC Program since 2015.
